Become a PADI Enriched Air Specialty Instructor and Boost Your Career

If you are a keen diver looking to advance your professional career, becoming a PADI Enriched Air Specialty Instructor is a smart, strategic choice. IDC Sardegna offers the training you need to earn this rating and open up new opportunities in diving.

1. Extend dive limits

Enriched air, commonly known as nitrox, lets divers extend their bottom times and shorten surface intervals thanks to the reduced amount of nitrogen they breathe. As an Enriched Air Specialty Instructor you will teach these techniques so your students get the most out of their dives. IDC Sardegna gives you the skills and resources to run complete, safe nitrox courses.

2. Be more competitive

Many dive centres and resorts look for instructors who can teach enriched air courses, making you a more versatile and valuable professional. Our internationally recognised training gives you an edge in the dive job market.

3. Improve dive safety

Used correctly, nitrox can also improve overall safety. By teaching divers to use enriched air properly, you help reduce the risk of decompression sickness and other breathing-related problems. We prepare you to give detailed, precise instruction so students fully understand both the benefits and the precautions.

4. Broaden your teaching

Adding the enriched air specialty lets you offer more courses, increase your earning potential, attract more students and provide continuing education to divers who want to improve. IDC Sardegna helps you refine your teaching so you are an effective, competent instructor.

5. New underwater horizons

Nitrox opens the door to longer explorations with greater safety. As well as teaching these techniques, you will use them on your own dives to discover new sites.
